Why the Transition Survey?
As part of a degree program, one of our students – who himself has been living and serving cross-culturally for 20+ years – began to study the reacculturation process and the related stresses and factors that lead to a healthy readjustment process.
This survey is a follow-up to the original paper and aims to better understand transition and equip returnees to fare better.
